SPA NELLA PERSONA RAFFAELE VERNOCCHI RESPONSABILE DEL PROVVEDIMENTO.<br \/>\n&#8212;<br \/>\n<strong>DENUNCIA QUANTO SEGUE<\/strong><br \/>\nin data 24.12.2022 ho redatto RDN 122221164527 per la contestazione di una violazione del codice della strada contro M.T. SPA ingiunzione di pagamento n. 9446\/DE\/I del 06.12.2022. La stessa ora mi invia SOLLECITO DI PAGAMENTO n. 975 in data 14.03.2023. Ho redatto nuovo RDN 0130529140048798 in cui ribadisco che sono Veneto in autodeterminazione e che chi gli ha affidato la riscossione \u00e8 in difetto assoluto di giurisdizione nei territori della Repubblica di Venezia, pertanto a me nulla \u00e8 dovuto.<br \/>\nDenuncio pertanto M.T.
